We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to ensure the company operates cohesively, translating leadership decisions into swift and clear execution.

The Role

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role reporting directly to the CEO and the Director of Finance & Operations. You will own outcomes and are expected to go beyond the brief. If you desire autonomy, ownership, and a front-row seat in a fast-scaling AI company, this position is for you.

Tasks

• Translate leadership decisions into clear actions, owners, and timelines.
• Own the operating cadence, including planning cycles, check-ins, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate execution across business and technical teams.
• Take ambiguous, cross-functional problems and drive them to a resolution end-to-end.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and misalignment early and surface them clearly.
• Reduce friction and ensure priorities advance week over week.

Requirements

• Top-tier strategy consulting experience (e.g., MBB or a Big-4 strategy practice) combined with hands-on experience in a startup or VC environment. We seek both.
• 2-5 years of total experience.
• Strong academic record; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A self-directed operator who thrives on autonomy and high ownership: you move things forward without being told how.
• Ambitious and hands-on, willing to go the extra mile.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Clear communicator who follows through.
