Your Responsibilities

  • Employee Documentation Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of employee documentation, from contract amendments and benefits administration to maintaining up-to-date physical and digital records in HR tools like Leapsome and e2n.
  • Payroll Support: Prepare all relevant payroll information for our payroll department, ensuring accurate documentation of absences, including sick notes, eAU certificates, and monthly system maintenance.
  • Office Operations: Maintain our physical workspace by ordering office supplies, coordinating service providers, and handling basic occupational safety matters to ensure our office remains a safe, well-organized, and pleasant environment.
  • IT Helpdesk Assistance: Support with basic IT helpdesk inquiries, monitor our laptop inventory, and manage tool access for employees during onboarding, role changes, or departures.
  • Team Contribution: Become the third member of our People Team, supporting an organization of approximately 120 employees.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or a similar operational role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, noticing discrepancies and identifying process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Discretion, respect, and attentiveness when handling people and sensitive information.
  • Technical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting basic IT issues and managing software access.
  • Fluent English (company language) and native-level German proficiency for local HR and office matters.
  • Willingness to work 5 days a week, 5-6 hours per day, with 3 days on-site in our Berlin office. This role is intentionally structured as part-time across five days.
