Your Responsibilities:

  • Regularly report to management and administrative leadership.
  • Independently communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Prepare budget, economic, and investment cost plans.
  • Produce well-founded business evaluations and analyses.
  • Conduct, manage, and support internal and external projects.
  • Analyze, manage, and optimize billing processes.
  • Determine possible financing components for individual services.
  • Prepare and conduct negotiations with service providers.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of relevant professional experience – ideally with further training as a Business Administrator (IHK) or equivalent.
  • Structured, analytical, and independent work style.
  • Sound knowledge in budget and investment planning.
  • Willingness for continuous further training in legal and professional frameworks.
  • Confident, professional demeanor and negotiation skills.
  • Enjoyment in developing and implementing new concepts.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Negotiation-level German language skills.
