For our newly established Digital Marketing team, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager who will not just manage HubSpot but turn it into a growth engine – with a clean funnel, intelligent automations, and a true builder mindset.
About the Role
This role is not about mere tool support; it's about building, evolving, and measurably improving marketing processes.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for and develop the HubSpot setup in the area of Marketing Automation.
- You will elevate Lead Scoring, Lead Nurturing, and Workflows to a new level.
- You will regularly analyze the lead funnel and derive concrete improvements.
- You will ensure a clean, traceable lead handover for Sales and BDRs.
- You will make Dashboards, Reporting, and Evaluations the basis for better decisions.
- You will actively contribute the marketing perspective to CRM, automation, and AI topics.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who can not only operate HubSpot but understands how marketing, sales, data, and processes must work together.
- You have at least 3–5 years of practical experience with HubSpot.
- Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Revenue Operations are your familiar playing fields.
- You are proficient in Lead Scoring, Workflows, Funnel Analysis, and B2B Sales Processes.
- You understand the interface between Marketing, Sales, and CRM technically and process-wise.
- Analytical thinking, a revenue mindset, and a good sense for clean structures characterize you.
- You work proactively, are communicative, hands-on, and possess fluent German language skills.
