Responsibilities

• Process Optimization & AZAV Operations: Analyze, optimize, and structure existing business processes and implement new ones – with a clear focus on building and developing our strategic AZAV pilot system.
• Strategic Management Support: Support management with complex strategic and operational issues, gaining deep insight into all areas of the company.
• Project Management & Ownership: Independently plan, coordinate, and lead cross-departmental projects for sustainable company development.
• Administrative Excellence & Quality Management: Support daily business and ensure the highest quality and accuracy standards through your structured way of working.
• System Management & Data Governance: Maintain, manage, and monitor our digital AZAV system, ensuring all process-relevant data is accurate and compliant at all times.

Qualifications

• Interest in Startups and AI: You are passionate about innovation and the startup world.
• Studies in a relevant field: Or you are motivated to start.
• Analytical Mind: You love understanding complex contexts and identifying areas for improvement.
• Automation Affinity: Initial experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: You proactively identify problems and develop solutions.
