Your Role

This is a high-ownership role for engineers who want to build things from 0 → 1 and take responsibility. A role for builders who want to learn by maximizing their output using AI Tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.).

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer with us, you will work directly with the founders and shape the tech, product, and architecture from scratch. You won't just write code – you'll decide what gets built and how it gets built.

Our goal is a small, extremely strong core team with very high impact. This is not the right place for those who want to hide behind processes or tickets. However, for those who want to shape things, it is exactly the right place.

You should be eager to work on all parts of the product: optimizing the retriever in the RAG system for municipal knowledge bases today, rolling out a new feature for the multi-tenant customer dashboard next week, or developing a new tool for the voice agent.

What You Will Do

• Conceptualize, build, and operationally deploy AI systems (e.g., Conversational AI, RAG, Agents, Voice).
• Develop scalable backend architectures for a multi-tenant SaaS.
• Make fundamental technical decisions (Cloud, data models, infrastructure, tooling).
• Own features and systems end-to-end – from idea to productive deployment with customers.

• LiveKit Agents Framework, Langfuse, various LLM APIs, Embeddings/RAG, and STT/TTS

Qualifications

What Makes You a Good Fit

• You have already built productive software (startup, scale-up, or comparable).
• You take responsibility and don't need close supervision.
• You are pragmatic, decisive, and see things through to completion.
• You enjoy direct customer interaction and understanding their requirements.
• You have a genuine interest in AI engineering and its practical application.
• You speak very good German (at least C1), as we are building for the public sector.
