About the Role

As a Fachassistent Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of our firm's digital transformation. You will actively contribute to the digital development of SYLTAX, integrating digital solutions into tax processes and optimizing client communication. We will work with you to tailor your responsibilities to your strengths, potentially including:

Responsibilities

• Strengthening our digitalization team.
• Independently managing digitalization projects.
• Implementing new digital solutions.
• Supporting the team and clients with IT-related queries.
• Managing digital financial accounting.
• Handling digital payroll and salary calculations.
• Preparing annual financial statements and income-expense calculations.
• Completing tax returns for companies and private individuals.

Requirements

We are looking for team players who are eager to contribute and grow. We value your unique strengths and provide support through collegial assistance and further training. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Education & Experience: A completed apprenticeship as a Steuerfachangestellter (m/f/d), further training as a Fachassistent Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse (m/f/d), a business-related university degree, or alternatively, a commercial or IT-related vocational training with several years of practical experience in a tax firm.
• Digital Proficiency: Experience with DATEV and its associated cloud solutions.
• Work Ethic: An independent, goal-oriented, and structured approach to work.
• Team Spirit: A strong desire to work collaboratively and foster a cooperative environment.
