HR Werkstudent: Recruiting Assistant (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are seeking support in HR and Recruiting. This position is specifically aimed at students who have already gained practical experience in recruiting and wish to actively contribute to the further development of HR processes. We are looking for individuals who want to gain in-depth experience in our most important company area and, looking ahead, aspire to a management role in HR.

Your Responsibilities

• Administrative tasks in HR.
• Filing, maintaining, and organizing contract and application documents.
• Support in recruiting and active sourcing.
• Participation in streamlining and further developing existing recruiting processes.
• Communication with applicants.
• Assisting the HR team with daily tasks.

Your Profile

• Enrolled student (in exceptional cases, this is not mandatory).
• Structured and reliable way of working, with an ownership mentality.
• Proficient in PC use, MS Office, and digital tools.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience in HR, recruiting, active sourcing, and personnel processes.
• Discreet handling of confidential information.

Working Hours & Conditions

• Entry as a student assistant (Werkstudent) at €16/hour gross, 20 hours/week = €1344 gross + recruiting commission.
• Flexible working hours, coordinated with your studies.
• At least 50% of working hours must be during weekday office hours.
• Potential for increased hours and permanent employment.
• Fully remote/home office, with regular attendance at events in Bad Homburg / Frankfurt am Main desired.
