About the Job

As a key member of Anduril's Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the company's talent management as we continue to rapidly scale and grow. Your work will be hands-on and involve collaborating with Production leaders to define hiring needs, influence process improvements and efficiencies, and set a high bar for talent and performance. You will be given the autonomy and tools to execute, build, and develop Anduril's world-class team. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and talent mapping, excited to be part of a lean and nimble team on one mission together, where no task is too big or too small.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle, providing effective, clear communication and reporting for our Manufacturing Automation team company-wide.
  • Conduct a high volume of interviews, demonstrating ability to anticipate and influence hiring manager preferences through successful interview-to-offer conversion ratios.
  • Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and SOBO campaigns.
  • Build trust through consistency and a strong operating rhythm in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to help scale and manage company growth.
  • Drive diverse talent into the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Represent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally at the highest caliber.
  • Leverage internal resources, teammates, and cross-functional partners to build strategy around selling our value proposition and impacting hiring practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated ability to independently manage complex production leadership searches and mentor junior team members.
  • Proven experience supporting Automation Engineering teams and familiarity with automation systems including industrial robots, cobots, PLCs, automated dispensing, automated guided vehicles, etc.
  • Proven experience sourcing and closing production talent in competitive markets—manufacturing engineers, supply chain professionals, quality leaders, or production operations roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with production hiring managers who value directness, domain knowledge, and results over recruiting process.
  • A data-informed mindset, with experience using metrics (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, source effectiveness, time-to-fill) to guide your approach and track your impact.
  • Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and bias for action—production hiring is tied to contract milestones, site launches, and revenue timelines that don’t wait.
  • Comfort working across multiple sites and locations, understanding that production talent is geographically distributed and site-specific.
  • Ability to be onsite/hybrid at the Costa Mesa, CA office.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

  • Experience acting in a consultative manner where your guidance has led to improved outcomes and positive candidate experiences.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Clear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and fit within the organization.

Compensation & Benefits

US Salary Range: $146,000—$194,000 USD

The salary range provided is an estimate based on various compensation factors, including base salary only. Actual offers may vary based on experience, education, critical skills, and business considerations.
