What Awaits You (Responsibilities)

• Product Development: You are involved in the entire development process of our financial platform and develop innovative features around stock trading and financial independence.
• Innovative Investment Systems: You independently support and develop the next generation of intelligent investment systems for private investors in a dynamic startup environment.
• Full-Stack Development: You drive our financial platform technologically and conceptually forward in the front and back end.
• Process Optimization: You analyze and optimize internal company processes, systems, and algorithms to continuously improve the efficiency, performance, and quality of our platform.
• Agile Collaboration: As a member of an agile team, you actively shape the Scrum process and accompany all phases from planning to retrospective.

We invest in your individual training, specifically promote your development, and make you an expert step-by-step – with the clear goal of long-term collaboration.

What You Should Bring (Qualifications)

You have a high willingness to perform, thirst for knowledge in financial topics, and want to develop yourself personally into a specialist in the financial sector.

We assume that you want to be an expert in your field and are ready to continuously develop yourself – even with challenging tasks, you find quick solutions and impress with strong ideas.

1. Clean Coding: Programming is your passion and you are a clean coder.
2. Tech Stack: You are familiar with fundamental technologies such as JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, WordPress, HTML5, CSS. You have a precise and detail-oriented way of working.
3. High Performance: You are a programming all-rounder who wants to continuously develop through their hands-on mentality and likes to tackle things.
4. Responsibility: You want and can take responsibility for your area of expertise in order to grow personally from it.
5. Results-Oriented: You tackle things. You are disciplined, independent, and results-oriented.
6. Communication: Your German is ideally at C1 level. Your English is good for conversations.
