Your Responsibilities

• Independently manage monthly payroll for a defined group of employees.
• Maintain and administer personnel master data.
• Process new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
• Generate certificates and reports.
• Liaise with health insurance providers, authorities, and external bodies.
• Support time management and other HR-related tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related queries.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to process improvements.

Your Background

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in payroll accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in payroll.
• Good knowledge of wage tax and social security law.
• Proficient in MS Office and standard payroll systems such as DATEV.
• Independent, structured, and reliable work style.
• Strong communication skills and discretion.
