Deine Aufgaben

As a (Senior) Accountant, you are a crucial pillar of our Financial Administration team. You will not only manage existing figures but actively contribute to shaping our financial processes. You will quickly take ownership of your areas, bring your own ideas to the optimization of our workflows, and continuously develop yourself through individual training opportunities. Typical tasks include:

• Financial Accounting & Operational Day-to-Day Business: Independent posting and recording of all current business transactions (creditors, debtors, banks, and general ledger accounts) as well as checking and entering documents in SAP Business ByDesign.
• Payment Transactions & Treasury: Processing payment transactions, handling payment runs, and controlling release lists.
• Invoicing & Account Reconciliation: Creating debtor invoices in SAP Business ByDesign, as well as systematic reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger and personal accounts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Supporting the conceptualization and creation of commercial evaluations and reports (SAP/Excel) as a sound basis for management decisions.
• Process Optimization: You will question existing processes and actively participate in the digitalization and optimization of our administrative processes.
• Interface Function: Professional internal and external correspondence with colleagues, suppliers, and partners.

Deine Skills

• Solid Foundation: Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., Tax Assistant, Industrial Clerk) – ideally with further training as a Financial Accountant / Balance Sheet Accountant – or a degree in economics.
• Professional Experience: 2-5 years of relevant practical experience in financial accounting.
• System Know-How: Confident handling of SAP (or a comparable ERP system) as well as sound MS Office skills.
• Work Style: A high degree of reliability, affinity for numbers, and a structured and independent working style.
• Team Spirit & Communication: You see yourself as a team player with an open and communicative personality.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills for international communication.
