About the Role

We are looking for high-achieving, adaptable, and entrepreneurial team players to join us as a remote Change Management Consultant for our global clients. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives, particularly within SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs. You will work closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to drive user adoption, manage change activities, and ensure business objectives are met. This position provides hands-on experience in a client-facing, dynamic environment with opportunities to lead engagement strategies and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end Change Management strategies for technology programs.
• Conduct comprehensive stakeholder identification, mapping, and engagement planning.
• Perform detailed impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems.
• Define adoption Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks.
• Design and implement effective communication strategies and messaging plans.
• Develop and deliver engaging training and enablement programs for end-users.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions with leadership, teams, and employees.
• Create and manage essential change assets, including communications, training materials, and plans.
• Drive adoption activities throughout the discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot programs, and go-live readiness.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure change management aligns with delivery timelines.
• Track, analyze, and report on adoption metrics and transformation outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful transformation journeys.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Change Management, specifically within technology-driven transformations.
• Experience supporting enterprise implementations such as SAP, Salesforce, data, or AI initiatives.
• Proven ability to execute across the full change lifecycle, from strategy development to outcome measurement.
• Strong understanding of structured Change Management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience in dynamic environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results independently.
• Experience managing stakeholders within large, complex organizations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• PROSCI ADKAR certification or equivalent Change Management certification is preferred.
