Aufgaben (Responsibilities)

• As an auditor for third-party projects (m/w/d), review usage proofs for public grant projects and ensure compliance with funding conditions.
• Analyze financial data, SAP postings, and project-related documents, evaluating them against budget, timeline, and fund utilization.
• Control personnel, material, and investment costs, including sample checks, and assess procurement and contract processes.
• Prepare audit reports and attestations, clarify issues with project managers, and process statements.
• Advise specialist departments on compliance with funding regulations and support the optimization of internal processes.

Qualifikation (Qualifications)

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Business Lawyer).
• Several years of experience in auditing or managing third-party projects, ideally in the public or scientific sector.
• Sound knowledge of grant funding guidelines and areas such as personnel, material, and procurement costs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP, coupled with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Very good German and good English language skills, strong communication abilities, and self-responsibility.
