Why This Role Matters

The evolution of IT extends beyond mere uptime; it encompasses experience, productivity, automation, and measurable business value. As an Enterprise Account Executive at Nexthink, you will guide CIOs, Digital Workplace leaders, and IT executives in:

  • Ensuring seamless digital work experiences.

You will help customers fundamentally rethink their enterprise IT operating model.

What You Will Do

  • Own new business growth within your assigned territory through strategic planning, executive-level demand generation, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to close.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the Northeast territory.
  • Aggressively prospect into enterprise accounts and build a qualified pipeline.
  • Identify business pains related to employee productivity, IT support, application adoption, digital transformation, and AI readiness.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Management, Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, and executive leadership.
  • Evangelize Nexthink’s value proposition and educate customers on the evolving DEX category.
  • Collaborate with Nexthink’s business development, marketing, channel, solution consulting, and professional services teams.
  • Lead discovery sessions, business case development, executive presentations, proof-of-concept alignment, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout evaluations and proof-of-concept cycles.
  • Sell the full Nexthink solution, including software, services, and support.
  • Build trusted relationships to foster expansion opportunities and long-term customer value.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets.

Qualifications

What Makes You a Strong Fit

You are a high-performing enterprise seller adept at creating markets and tackling complex challenges. You are energized by new categories, executive conversations, and connecting technology to measurable business outcomes.

  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven track record of quota overachievement (e.g., President’s Club, top rep performance).
  • Experience selling complex solutions to large enterprise IT organizations.

  • High ownership, urgency, resilience, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling disruptive or category-creating technology in early-stage, high-growth environments.
  • Track record of opening new logos and building territories from scratch.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
