HR Business Partner

ConnectWise is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the overall people experience.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive employee environment. You will partner closely with leadership to drive key HR strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leaders, including executives, on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment laws, HR policies, and best practices across U.S. and international teams.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including terminations, investigations, and difficult conversations.
  • Oversee HRIS data integrity, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Support and enhance HR programs, training initiatives, and key organizational projects.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with a preference for HRBP roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in international HR, supporting teams outside the U.S. (e.g., EMEA, APAC).
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with executive leaders and support large-scale organizations.
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, with Workday being a preferred qualification.
  • Capacity to operate autonomously and serve as a primary HR point of contact.
  • A people-focused, relationship-driven approach to HR.

Working Conditions

  • Work arrangements can be Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote, depending on location.
  • Requires 0-10% travel.
