In this role, you will not only be responsible for the development and implementation of exciting social media campaigns but will also provide support with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Various office tasks and general office organization.
• Support for management in organizational and administrative tasks.
• Diverse organizational and administrative tasks in daily operations.
• Planning, development, and implementation of creative content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Content Creation: Creation and editing of posts, Reels, and Stories.
• Organization and execution of photo shoots and video productions.
• Analysis of social media performance and creation of reports.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training or degree in Marketing or a commercial field.
• Experience in Social Media and/or Marketing.
• Passion for social media, creative content, and current trends.
• Excellent command of German and good English skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of image or video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) is an advantage.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
• High level of diligence and accuracy in daily work.
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, and a proactive work style.
• Enthusiasm for topics such as organization, technology, and innovation.
