We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious new business sales professional to join our expanding Financial Services Sales team, with a specific focus on Financial Markets. This role is pivotal for driving sales of our acclaimed AI-driven product, which is experiencing rapid global traction. You will play a key role in our company's growth and future achievements.
Who You Are
- Accomplished Sales Professional: Possess 2+ years of SaaS sales experience in value-based, consultative environments, with a focus on Financial Services. Demonstrated success engaging end-user personas (Analysts, Associates, Portfolio Managers) and consistently exceeding targets in new business acquisition.
- Resilient and Driven: Excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities proactively. Recognized for a strong work ethic, initiative, and consistent performance.
- Curious and Coachable: Adept at uncovering business challenges across organizational levels, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous learning through AlphaSense’s training programs.
- Technical Sales Expertise: Proficient in modern sales processes and technology stacks, skilled in conducting effective product demonstrations, and managing multiple client trials concurrently.
- Strong Communicator: Clearly articulate the value of AlphaSense’s AI-driven insights to diverse stakeholders, ensuring understanding of strategic and operational impact.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Financial Services sector, with awareness of key challenges faced by buy-side and sell-side clients.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle within your territory, leading new business acquisition across hedge funds, asset managers, investment banks, and sell-side research firms.
- Drive pipeline growth by partnering with Sales Development Representatives to identify, engage, and nurture high-potential prospects.
- Hunt and win new logos through a consultative, value-driven approach, uncovering client challenges and shaping solutions.
- Deliver impactful product demos that clearly communicate AlphaSense’s value and demonstrate how our AI-driven insights transform decision-making.
- Run seamless product trials alongside Product Specialists, ensuring exceptional client experiences and high conversion rates.
- Crush ambitious targets by maintaining a healthy, high-velocity pipeline, accurate forecasting, and a consistent focus on results.
- Be a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, collaborating closely with internal teams to share feedback and influence product development.
