What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Work full cycle deals from demo complete to close.
  • Research and target companies using prospecting tools.
  • Build and manage a pipeline.
  • Learn and demonstrate our platform to new prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Record and document all sales activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Successfully utilize all sales tech tools.

What You Bring to the Role

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a sales role, preferably at a startup.
  • A demonstrated track record of exceeding quota.
  • A passion for closing deals and helping businesses by delivering a product with concrete value.
  • Solutions-oriented approach, recognizing objections and helping customers see value regardless of their industry knowledge.
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills; building trust and advocating for the product.
  • Experience with high-velocity sales cycles or selling to small businesses.
  • Resilience: bouncing back from setbacks, resourcefulness, and creative problem-solving.
  • Comfort with a wide range of sales tools, including Salesforce or other CRMs.
  • A passion for solving big problems and having an immediate, positive impact.
  • Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable.
  • Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.

Compensation

  • Total On Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 - $155,000
  • Base Salary: $77,500
  • Variable Target Compensation: $77,500
  • Specific pay rate depends on candidate's relevant skills and experience.
  • Additional: Stock option grants.
