Product Manager (m/f/d)

bedrop is not a startup in development; we are a fast-growing E-commerce company on track to achieve triple-digit million revenues. Our products are successfully established in the market. Now, we are looking for an experienced individual in product management to take responsibility, be operationally strong, and actively drive our product development forward.

Your Role

You will be responsible for the support and further development of our products throughout their entire lifecycle. You will work closely with Marketing, Design, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure that product ideas become market-ready and successful products. You will combine analytical thinking with pragmatic implementation and have a good feel for the market, customers, and product performance.

Tasks

• Support and development of existing products
• Conducting market, competitor, and target group analyses
• Participation in the development of new products and assortments
• Support with pricing and positioning
• Coordination with Design and Management on product concepts
• Creation of product and marketing texts
• Ensuring quality, availability, and product standards
• Creation of product presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Close collaboration with Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Sales
• Monitoring product performance throughout the entire lifecycle
• Support in optimizing processes in the product area

Qualifications

• Completed degree, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, or comparable field.
• Several years of experience in product management, product marketing, or similar areas.
• Experience in E-commerce, consumer goods, or comparable industries is an advantage.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Good affinity for numbers and understanding of market and customer needs.
• Hands-on mentality and high personal responsibility.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in health, natural, or cosmetic products is an advantage.
