This full-time position in Alberndorf, Sachsen bei Ansbach, offers a central role in office organization and personnel management. You will serve as the key interface between management, employees, and external partners, ensuring that administrative and HR processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Personnel Management

  • Manage all HR processes from employee entry to exit.
  • Create employment contracts, certificates, and maintain personnel files.
  • Support recruitment and applicant management.
  • Organize and accompany job interviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees on all HR matters.
  • Maintain records of working hours, vacations, and absences.
  • Assist with preparatory payroll accounting.

Qualifications

  • Commercial apprenticeship, ideally with further training in HR or office management.
  • Experience in human resources or office management.

  • Good knowledge of labor law is advantageous.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
