About the Role
Thoropass is expanding its Latin America talent function and seeks an energetic, ownership-driven, and adaptable Recruiter. This role is pivotal in supporting our aggressive expansion, particularly in hiring InfoSec auditors across the region, while also scaling GTM and Operations teams globally. You will partner closely with US-based hiring managers and TA leadership, contributing significantly to the InfoSec pipeline and adapting to evolving team needs across functions.
This is a full-lifecycle recruiting position designed for individuals who excel in collaboration, take complete ownership of their pipeline, and derive energy from growing a company with a dedicated team. What You'll Own
Full-Lifecycle Recruiting Across Functions
- InfoSec Pipeline (Current Focus): Conduct initial screens assessing English proficiency, technical background, compensation alignment, and role fit.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing: Build warm talent pipelines through strategic talent mapping and community engagement, moving beyond reactive job postings.
- Cross-Functional Support: Flex to support GTM, Operations, and Engineering roles as business priorities evolve, applying the same ownership and rigor to all functions.
- Candidate Journey Ownership: Manage the entire candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance for all assigned roles.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, design effective interview processes, and quickly calibrate on candidate quality.
- Startup Mindset: Operate with a high output, low ego, and a strong bias for action.
Candidate Experience and Employer Brand
- Authentic Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive impression of Thoropass, regardless of the outcome.
- Talent Marketing: Partner with the TA team on LinkedIn outreach campaigns and content to attract passive LatAm talent, focusing on networks like Big 4 and regional firm alumni.
- Referral Program Engagement: Drive participation in the referral program among existing Thoropass LatAm contractors.
Process and Reporting
- ATS Hygiene: Maintain real-time accuracy in Greenhouse ATS, including stages, dispositions, notes, and offer tracking.
- Performance Reporting: Provide weekly reports to leadership on pipeline health, sourcing channel performance, and time-to-fill metrics.
- Market Intelligence: Proactively identify and communicate market signals, offering solutions when roles face challenges.
What Success Looks Like
- Demonstrated velocity in the InfoSec pipeline, with consistent movement of active candidates and weekly delivery of qualified candidates from outbound sourcing.
- Hiring managers view you as a trusted partner, valuing your candidate assessments and strategic judgment.
- Ability to seamlessly support recruitment across different functions as needs shift, quickly mastering new role requirements.
- Impeccable Greenhouse ATS data hygiene, accurate reporting, and transparent pipeline management.
- Contribution of durable assets, such as refined sourcing strategies, established channel relationships, and robust referral pipelines that enhance the team's long-term capabilities.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for professional services, IT, compliance, or tech sectors.
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential for daily communication with US-based hiring managers and LatAm candidates.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter; Greenhouse ATS experience is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions, demonstrating versatility.
- A genuine ownership mentality, with the ability to manage your pipeline proactively and independently solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior recruiting experience in LATAM, specifically supporting US companies in Colombia and/or Argentina.
- Familiarity with IT audit, GRC, cybersecurity, or InfoSec roles.
