LevelUp English is a Berlin-based education company delivering English project weeks, holiday camps, and educational experiences for schools and families across Germany. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Bookkeeper & Finance Coordinator to help maintain the financial organisation and operational health of the company.
This role combines traditional bookkeeping responsibilities with a modern, process-driven approach. We are particularly interested in finding someone who is excited by automation, AI tools, and smarter ways of working to help us build a lean and efficient finance function. You will take ownership of the day-to-day financial administration of the company and act as the bridge between our internal systems and our tax advisor. Your goal is to ensure that financial information is accurate, organised, up to date, and easy to access while continuously improving processes to reduce administrative workload.
