Job Description
As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Achieving and driving established retail sales goals.
- Ensuring the proper usage of all client retention systems.
- Recruiting, hiring, and motivating Beauty Advisors to achieve sales goals.
- Recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and managing freelancers to support sales goals, including budget management.
- Collaborating with store personnel on product launches, promotions, and special events.
- Implementing corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain brand image at the point of sale.
- Negotiating with store personnel to improve product placement and space allocation at beauty counters and fragrance bars.
- Providing corporate updates for the account profile book regarding space, location, and staffing changes.
- Assisting the Education Department in training and developing Beauty Advisors, maintaining communication with Education Executives.
- Providing the Sales team with necessary information for monthly business reports, including details on new product launches, promotions, and events.
- Conducting all other job-related activities, including daily travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors, coupled with multi-door specialty account sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Persistence in efforts to improve market share for all brands within your area of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- This role requires working from a home office.
- Travel will vary by territory and can be extensive.
- Flexible hours are necessary to meet job objectives.
- Discretion and judgment are required when handling confidential information.
