The Role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business acquisition and account expansion within the North America region. As part of our international Go-To-Market team, this high-impact, full-cycle sales role is designed for an independent, mission-driven closer with a deep understanding of complex solution sales and the evolving ESG and sustainability landscape. You will be responsible for territory planning, outbound execution, and enterprise pipeline development, collaborating closely with Marketing, Climate Experience, and Product teams to align customer objectives with SINAI's carbon accounting and decarbonization solutions. Success hinges on your ability to influence VP- and C-level stakeholders and navigate multi-stakeholder deals.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to acquire new enterprise logos and expand existing accounts across North America.
- Generate a robust pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, leveraging your network and market insights.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: discovery, consultative selling, product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with the Climate Experience team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring client success.
- Partner with Marketing to tailor messaging and campaigns for the North American market and specific industry verticals.
- Stay informed about climate regulations, ESG reporting standards, and sustainability trends relevant to North America.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, educating stakeholders across sustainability, finance, and operations.
- Provide market insights and feedback to Product and GTM teams based on client conversations and needs.
- Represent SINAI at key ESG and sustainability events, forums, and roundtables in the region.
Who You Are:
- A self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, consultative enterprise SaaS sales.
- Deeply knowledgeable about ESG frameworks, carbon markets, and decarbonization strategies in North America.
- Skilled in solution selling, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence VP/C-suite decision-makers.
- Adept at managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles and aligning diverse buying groups.
- Experienced in pipeline generation, CRM management (HubSpot or similar), and accurate forecasting.
- Communicative, adaptable, and motivated by solving complex problems with a mission-driven team.
- Fluent in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are a plus.
- Bonus points for a background in sustainability, ESG consulting, or climate tech.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years selling to enterprise organizations (companies with $500M+ revenue).
- 2+ years selling into ESG, sustainability, or decarbonization-focused markets in North America.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and closing six-figure, multi-year SaaS agreements.
- Proven ability to source, manage, and close complex enterprise deals.
- Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or other enterprise sales methodologies.
- Spanish speaker, based in Spanish-speaking North America, with an understanding of the sustainability and regulatory environment across key North America markets.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $150,000 USD + Commission.
