We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Werkstudent in HR Operations (all genders) to work 10-16 hours per week, supporting our team with the following tasks and HR projects:

Tasks:

• Support in the operational day-to-day business of HR administration along the Employee Lifecycle, with a particular focus on new hires, terminations, and contract changes (e.g., part-time, parental leave, sabbaticals).
• Maintenance of master employee data and digital personnel records in Personio.
• Creation and maintenance of HR documents, templates, checklists, and reports.
• Maintenance and updating of the HR intranet.
• Support in payroll processes, such as maintaining absence or time management data.
• Support with employee benefits, bonus and salary rounds, as well as modern HR technologies like Artificial Intelligence.

Qualifications:

What You Bring…
Passion and enthusiasm are more important to us than certificates or degrees, but the following skills will help you succeed:

• Currently enrolled at a German university in an advanced Bachelor's or early Master's program with content related to Human Resources.
• Ideally, initial experience in the mentioned task areas through internships, university projects, or similar.
• Work experience with common HR software is advantageous.
• Interest and availability for a long-term collaboration (minimum 1 year).
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Independent and self-organized working style, even in a virtual environment.
• Excellent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
