The Release and Deployment Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing software and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) releases and deployments from development through to production. This role ensures that releases are delivered on time, with high quality, and without unplanned service disruptions, adhering to security and operational standards, particularly ITIL Change Management norms. The coordinator serves as a central point of contact between development, testing, automation, infrastructure, security teams, and business stakeholders.
This position requires strong leadership, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and excellent personal organization to manage complex projects efficiently. The ability to communicate effectively with technical, functional, and business stakeholders is essential.
