Your Role

You don't just want to publish posts; you want to tell stories, evoke emotions, and genuinely influence how kosklima is perceived externally. Do you love it when a visual works, a caption resonates, and the entire feed looks cohesive? Then you're exactly where you need to be. At kosklima, you won't play a supporting role; you'll be part of a well-coordinated team, take on responsibility, and actively shape our brand presence.

We are initially looking for you in part-time, with the clear goal of growing into full-time together. The onboarding is intentionally designed this way: we get to know each other, you find your rhythm – and if it fits, we build more together.

What You'll Do (Aufgaben)

• Social Media: Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram & Co.
• Graphic Design: Create graphics, visuals, and Reels with your unique style.
• Print & Flyers: Conceptualize and produce print materials and flyers ready for print.
• Strategy: Actively contribute to and develop our brand's overall presence.

Who You Are (Qualifikation)

Professional Skills:

• Initial experience with content creation, social media, or graphic design – personal projects count!
• A feel for aesthetics, visual language, and storytelling.
• Knowledge of Adobe programs (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Experience with Instagram, Reels, and Stories – you truly know the platform.
• Structured working style, even when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
