By managing our own high-availability data centers, we provide our primarily medium-sized clients with professional and tailored cloud solutions, alongside IT & Telecommunications services.

Your Tasks

• Technical implementation of projects both internally and externally – from initial conception through migration and commissioning.
• Participation in 2nd and 3rd level support as a support specialist and final escalation point for complex networks.
• Planning, conception, and implementation of network solutions (Switching, VLAN VPN, WLAN).
• Creation and ongoing development of network concepts and technical documentation.
• Operation, maintenance, and optimization of network infrastructures, including monitoring and backup components.
• Technical consultation for our clients on network architectures, security concepts, and suitable technologies.
• Support for the sales team during client meetings, technical discussions, and proposal preparation.
• Analysis, resolution, and sustainable solutions for challenging issues with a focus on security, stability, and availability.
• Collaboration with manufacturers and external partners on projects, escalations, and technical queries.

Your Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in an IT field (e.g., Fachinformatiker (m/f/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), Informatiker (m/w/d), or similar).
• In-depth knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPN, NAT, NAC / 802.1X).
• Very good knowledge of firewall and network security (rule sets, zone models, security policies).
• Experience with security technologies such as IPS/IDS, Antivirus, SSL Inspection.
• Practical experience with common firewall and network products (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei, Ubiquiti, or comparable).
