Your Area of Responsibility:

Start Phase (First Few Weeks):

• Appointment Setting: You will schedule client appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.
• Process Learning: You will learn conversation guides, needs assessment, follow-up procedures, and documentation standards.
• Performance Optimization: You will work with KPIs, receive feedback, and systematically improve your results.

Further Development:

• Analysis & Preparation: You will support the analysis of client situations and systematically prepare consulting documents.
• Client Contact: You will accompany client discussions (depending on your progress), handle follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps.
• Documentation & Organization: You will maintain clean processes, document consistently, and ensure reliability.
• Teamwork: You will work closely with a high-performing team and take responsibility for your task packages.
