Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Learning Operations Manager to support the successful delivery of instructor-led training (ILT) programs across North America. In this role, you will own the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of training engagements, ensuring every delivery is structured, ready, and runs smoothly from kickoff through completion. Working closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure every training engagement is well-planned, fully prepared, and delivered without operational friction. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong project management experience in training or learning environments who thrives on managing details, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the operational delivery of instructor-led training engagements from confirmed sale through completion.
  • Partner with internal teams to align scheduling, course materials, and delivery readiness.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure training engagements are clearly defined, properly scoped, and set up for success.
  • Drive execution across multiple concurrent engagements, effectively managing priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Ensure instructors and customers are fully prepared and aligned before each session.
  • Identify risks early and resolve issues quickly to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Maintain clear visibility into delivery status, schedules, and key milestones.
  • Continuously improve training engagement processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, delivery, or project-based workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in training, learning, or services delivery environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • A highly detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward action, structure, and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and collaboration platforms.

Bonus Points if You:

  • Hold a PMP certification.
  • Have experience in the EdTech space.

Compensation and Travel:

  • Final compensation is dependent on experience, location, and market.
  • The salary range for this role in NYC is $150,000 - $170,000, plus an annual company bonus.
  • Occasional visits to our NYC office for team meetings may be required.
  • Employees based in the metro NYC area are required to work two days per week in our midtown Manhattan office, with Tuesdays being a designated in-office day when lunch is provided.
