Responsibilities
Amazon & Marketplaces
- Ensure our spices are perfectly showcased on Amazon – from optimizing product pages to managing successful PPC campaigns.
- Continuously expand our presence on marketplaces like Otto, Kaufland, eBay, and other platforms, and unlock new growth potential.
- Identify opportunities, increase visibility and conversion using data and analyses, and transform potential into measurable revenue.
Online Shop & Conversion
- Optimize our Shopware shop with a focus on conversion and customer experience.
- Develop product pages, landing pages, and categories.
- Analyze relevant KPIs and derive concrete measures.
Growth & Management
- Manage external agencies and service providers, ensuring good ideas turn into strong results.
- Actively participate in designing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions – from the initial idea to successful implementation.
- Utilize AI tools and smart automations to make processes more efficient and unlock new potential.
Requirements
What You Bring
#### Must-have
- Several years of experience in e-commerce.
- Solid practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Ads.
- Experience with at least one other marketplace.
- Proficient in using KPIs, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
