What Awaits You:

• Support in administrative HR processes from employee entry to exit.
• Creation, maintenance, and administration of personnel files and employee data.
• Assistance in preparing employment contracts, certificates, and other HR documents.
• Maintenance of digital personnel files.
• Support in applicant management.
• Involvement in onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support with time tracking and preparatory tasks for payroll.
• Handling general organizational and administrative tasks in the HR department.
• Working on HR projects and the continuous optimization of internal processes.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently studying with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable field.
• First practical experience in Human Resources, Office Management, or administrative tasks is desirable.
• Comfort with administrative tasks and enjoyment of structured work.
• Careful, reliable, and independent work style.
• High sense of responsibility and discretion in handling confidential data.
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, with strong teamwork skills.
