You are the driving force behind our global growth. As a (Senior) Recruiter & People Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, actively find the right talents, and shape strategic People & Culture projects.

Recruiting & Active Sourcing (70–80%)

  • You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from requirements analysis with hiring managers to contract conclusion.
  • You actively source on LinkedIn and approach talents directly and persuasively.
  • You further develop our recruiting strategy: channels, employer branding, personnel marketing.
  • You bring our managers to a new level – with structured interview guides, assessment tools, and feedback frameworks.

People & Culture Projekte (20–30%)

Depending on your strengths and the current recruiting volume, you will actively contribute to:

  • Performance & Engagement processes as well as Pulse Surveys (Tool: Lattice).
  • HR Business Partnering at our locations in Munich, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, and Warsaw.
  • Trainings, workshops, and leadership enablement formats.
  • Digitalization of People processes and HR Analytics.
  • Integration of AI into our corporate culture – together with the IT team.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, active sourcing, and/or HR Business Partnering.
  • Demonstrable success in direct approach and building talent pipelines.
  • Experience with sourcing strategies, tools, and HR systems, ideally Personio.
  • Confident in dealing with various target groups and specialist departments.
  • Hands-on mentality, self-responsibility, enjoyment of dynamic and international environments.
  • Affinity for AI, new technologies, and social media.
  • Fluent German and English.
