The Opportunity

We are seeking talented leaders to take over the management and ownership of established businesses with annual revenues between 2 and 10 million Euros. Your Responsibilities

• Lead an established, sustainably profitable business with 12-40 employees and an annual turnover of €1-10 million.
• Cultivate and strengthen a company culture of engagement and optimism through empathetic leadership.
• Take full P&L and cash flow responsibility for your company's financial success.
• Drive necessary modernization, including the implementation of improved systems and processes, with our support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and suppliers, building and expanding crucial relationships.
• Act as an advocate for company ownership, distributing real, growing shares to employees to foster motivation and alignment.
• Collaborate closely with our Operations Team, especially during periods of change.
• Exercise creative freedom in growing and transforming the company, ensuring all employees are part of the journey.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience managing at least 5 employees, with a total of at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Negotiation-level proficiency in German.
• Experience in business management or financial responsibility is a plus.
• Industry-specific experience or recognized certifications are advantageous.
• Commitment to long-term engagement; the business becomes increasingly yours through annual share growth.
• A "hands-on" mentality to tackle challenges and drive your company forward.
• A strong sense of responsibility towards your company, team, and self.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence, and confident, appreciative communication to build trust.
