Your Role:
As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our employees, ensuring all phases of the employee lifecycle are managed professionally and with care. You will play a vital role in developing modern HR processes and promoting a company culture where individuals can thrive.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding all personnel-related matters.
- Support the recruiting process and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records and update personal data using our HR system, Personio.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and references.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage and process absences, including sick leave, maternity, and parental leave.
- Generate personnel data reports using Personio.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Prepare payroll data in collaboration with our external payroll accounting.
Your Qualifications:
- A completed apprenticeship or degree demonstrating your learning and performance capabilities.
- Minimum of 12 months of professional experience in administrative HR.
- Fluent German, both written and spoken.
- Empathetic, reliable, independent, and structured working style with a high standard of quality.
- Strong service orientation, discretion, and trustworthiness.
- Appreciative and solution-oriented communication skills.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to integrate new technologies, including AI tools, into your daily work.
