Your Responsibilities

• Annual Financial Statements (HGB): Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting regulations (HGB).
• Financial Accounting: Ensure the correct recording, allocation, and booking of all business transactions.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile general and personal accounts and clarify open items.
• VAT: Prepare Value Added Tax (VAT) pre-declarations and annual tax returns.
• Budget Planning: Support budget and forecast planning processes.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows to identify optimization and cost-saving potentials.
• Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with auditors and tax advisors.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Completed further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter IHK (Certified Accountant - IHK) or a comparable qualification.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of two to three years of practical experience in balance sheet accounting.
• HGB Knowledge: Profound knowledge in preparing financial statements according to German Commercial Code (HGB).
• MS Office: Confident user of standard MS Office applications.
• ERP Systems: Experience with modern ERP solutions.
• SAP Business One: Knowledge of SAP Business One is advantageous.
