Your Role

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)
Your focus will be on the financial and analytical processes of our portfolio, combined with deep insight into operational practice:
1. Financial Support & Controlling
- Numbers & Reports: Actively participate in the creation of financial reports, variance analyses (actual vs. planned), and business analyses for our real estate portfolios.
- Operational Finance: Support the Finance team in daily operations, including invoice verification, preparation for bookkeeping, dunning, and cash flow monitoring.
- Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy of financial master data in our systems, as your data forms the basis for strategic decisions.
2. Close Collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team
- Management Support: Work directly with management and the Senior Leadership team, preparing presentations and decision proposals.
- Special Projects: Assist with strategic projects aimed at optimizing our core processes.
3. Interface with Property Management (The Operational Basis)
- Process Understanding: Support our Property Managers in their daily tasks to understand, structure, and financially optimize operational workflows.
Qualifications (Qualifikation)
- Your Foundation: Currently enrolled as a student in Economics, Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, or a related field with a strong numerical focus.
- Your Strengths: Highly analytical and structured thinking with a strong affinity for numbers. You enjoy dissecting data and identifying patterns.
- Your Tools: Proficient in standard MS Office applications and quick to learn new software and ERP systems.
- Your Personality: Precise work ethic, strong communication skills in German, and comfortable collaborating directly with executives.
