About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant focused on the hotel segment, you will be instrumental in scaling PriceLabs' presence within the hospitality industry. You will work directly with hotel groups and operators, managing the entire client lifecycle from sales conversations and product implementation to ensuring ongoing success and revenue impact. This is a high-impact, hands-on sales role with a strong outbound focus, ideal for someone who thrives in building client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive new business within the hotel segment through active sourcing, engagement, and conversion of prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for hotel clients, including outreach, consultative demos, onboarding, implementation, and early results tracking.
  • Guide hotel partners in effectively adopting PriceLabs to maximize revenue impact and platform engagement.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with hotel operators and management groups, acting as their primary advisor for platform value optimization.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for account growth, increased adoption across properties, and ongoing client success.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Growth teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and go-to-market motions for the hotel segment.
  • Provide field insights and recommendations to improve PriceLabs' offerings for the hotel sector.

Who We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality technology, with a strong understanding of decision-making processes for hotel operators, revenue managers, and OTAs.
  • Preference for native Spanish or French proficiency, with fluency in English.
  • A strong aptitude for sales, with a genuine enjoyment of connecting with people, understanding needs, and providing valuable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of building trust and credibility with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to interpret trends and support revenue growth strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities effectively, and collaborate well with others.
  • A naturally curious and continuous learning mindset, excited about building new initiatives and bringing structure to processes.
