About the Role

Abnormal AI’s Field Operations team serves as the operational engine behind our sales organization, partnering directly with sales leadership to drive execution, accountability, and scale. As a Sr. Field Operations Manager, you will own the operational rhythm of a segment of the Mid-Market business, acting as a strategic partner and force multiplier for the Sales Leaders you support. You will sit at the intersection of data, process, and people, translating complex business signals into clear direction and building the systems that keep the team moving.

This role is high-visibility and high-impact, directly shaping pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and the day-to-day effectiveness of the sales team.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the Mid-Market business, owning day-to-day execution while acting as a strategic partner to Sales Leaders.
  • Partner with Regional Directors and AVPs to strengthen forecasting, track team performance and productivity, and support ad-hoc reporting needs.
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain sales KPIs; drive the rhythm of the business through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Manage pipeline reviews, weekly forecasting, QBRs, and business intelligence workstreams; surface Salesforce feedback to improve scalability and reporting accuracy.
  • Own operational workstreams end-to-end, building and running AI-powered workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and scale across the business.
  • Support territory planning, account segmentation, and equitable AE territory design in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Enforce Salesforce data hygiene standards, ensuring account ownership, opportunity accuracy, and field-level consistency across the Mid-Market book of business.
  • Deliver sales operational training across Salesforce best practices, CPQ, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Serve as the cross-functional SME for escalations across quoting, pricing, deal management, tooling, and sales process.
  • Champion the sales team cross-functionally, partnering with Marketing, Finance Sales Ops, and IT to drive scalability and efficiency.

Must Haves

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or an Analyst role, preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency with complex dashboards and reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and workflows.
  • Ability to own and manage projects aligned with business needs.
  • Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, table formulas, pivot tables).
  • Background with Sales Systems, specifically Salesforce.com, and experience with Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, Maps, Clearbit, UserGems, Sales Navigator, and People.ai.
  • Strength in researching, understanding, distilling, and communicating complex business issues and analyzing business impact.
  • Proactive mindset, willing to identify needs and propose solutions.
  • Enjoy working with numbers and taking an analytical approach to problem-solving.

Compensation

Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Base salary range: $133,900—$192,500 USD
