HR Coordinator (Maternity Cover) | Europe | Fully Remote

About the Role

Escape Velocity is looking for an HR Coordinator to join the Human Resources team. This role will partner with the Director of HR & Leadership to provide essential administrative support, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and fostering positive employee relations.

What You'll Do Together

• Assist with the administration of Human Resources policies, processes, and procedures, recommending improvements for employee satisfaction.
• Manage the comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and check-ins.
• Aid with inter-company employee transfers and relocations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing and filing of new hire, termination, and employee change paperwork.
• Utilize HRIS platforms for job changes and manage payroll discrepancies.
• Produce census, PTO, and Ad-Hoc reports.
• Support employee programs through research, vendor coordination, and communication.
• Respond to employee inquiries via Slack and email.
• Handle confidential and sensitive issues with professionalism.
• Perform other assigned duties and special projects.
