At Mesh, our mission is to empower consumers to pay and be paid using any asset. We are bridging the gap between the trillions of dollars in tokenized assets and their usability in everyday commerce by making crypto payments reliable, useful, and ubiquitous. Our approach combines a powerful orchestration engine with a seamless consumer app to unlock global liquidity. Backed by prominent investors such as PayPal Ventures, Paradigm, and Galaxy Ventures, we are building the foundational infrastructure for the next era of the global economy.
Mesh is developing the regulatory and payments infrastructure to power the next generation of digital asset transactions across the APAC region. As the Director of Legal & Regulatory Affairs, you will play an instrumental role in realizing this vision. Working in close collaboration with the CEO APAC and global Legal and Compliance leadership, you will serve as a trusted advisor on critical commercial, product, and expansion decisions. Your responsibilities will span from shaping market entry strategies and supporting enterprise partnerships to navigating emerging regulations in digital assets and payments, directly influencing Mesh's growth trajectory.
This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive builder adept at transforming ambiguity into structured processes and creating practical solutions to complex regulatory challenges, thereby facilitating the growth of a fast-paced company in new markets across the region.
At Mesh, you're not just taking on a role; you're joining a rocket ship in mid-flight. You'll tackle complex, meaningful problems that drive industry progress, working alongside a sharp, motivated team that operates with speed, deep collaboration, and a strong sense of ownership. This is an environment where your work ships quickly, makes a tangible impact, and allows you to proudly say, "I built that." You'll experience rapid growth, enhance your skills, and gain a firsthand perspective on scaling a high-growth company from the inside. Competitive compensation, robust benefits, and ample opportunities for professional development are standard.
If you are energized by building, learning, and shaping something significant, this is the place for you.

Our hybrid approach is designed to foster meaningful in-person collaboration, team building, and real-time decision-making while preserving the flexibility of remote work. This structure supports strong execution alongside autonomy and focused work time.
We believe exceptional work is achieved when individuals feel valued and supported. This begins with competitive salary and equity that grows with you and the company, complemented by comprehensive health coverage for you and your family.
