People & Culture Supervisor / Personalsachbearbeiter (w/m/d) - Teilzeit (bis 30h/Woche), Befristet für 2 Jahre

Do you have initial experience in Human Resources or a specialized professional training? Are you happy to be a point of contact for our store teams?

We are looking for warm, service-oriented individuals to support us as:

People & Culture Supervisor / HR Administrator (w/f/d) - Part-time up to 30 hours per week, fixed term for 2 years

Our People and Culture (HR) colleagues form the HR department within the store and are characterized by their active engagement with our on-site management and sales teams. They thus contribute significantly to the success of our PRIMARK store.

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer employee inquiries regarding HR topics.
• Be open to suggestions and exchanges with colleagues, and identify areas for action.
• Ensure a positive employee perception.
• Process personnel administrative tasks, such as contract and certificate management.
• Verify data in the time management system.
• Maintain employee master data.
• Undertake pre- and post-payroll activities.
• Recruit new colleagues and facilitate a well-prepared start for them.

Your Qualifications:

• Initial experience gained in Human Resources or a specialized vocational training/studies.
