Job Summary:

The HR Leader will define and execute the strategic direction of SupplyCore's Human Resources function, acting as a key business partner. This role encompasses leading core HR operations—including talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations—while ensuring organizational structure and talent are aligned with business objectives. The HR Leader will maintain compliance across all relevant jurisdictions and cultivate a strong, consistent company culture by embedding organizational values into daily practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reinforce company culture by integrating values into daily operations, programs, and leadership practices.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and international employment laws, updating HR policies with legal counsel as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, staffing strategies, and workforce planning aligned with business needs.
  • Administer and enhance compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, including annual reviews, vendor management, and 401(k) oversight.
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives; support succession planning and deliver manager/employee training.
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant processes while safeguarding company interests.
  • Oversee key HR metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, turnover), budgets, and process improvements for efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders on new contract opportunities, including staffing plans and compliance readiness.
  • Contribute to HR due diligence and integration activities for acquisitions, including employee transition, policy alignment, and retention.
  • Provide consistent HR support across affiliated entities.
  • Lead and develop a team of three HR professionals and interns, focusing on performance, accountability, and growth.
  • Manage full-cycle people leadership: hire, coach, mentor, and develop talent, ensuring consistent policy application.
  • Drive results through clear expectations, active performance management, and continuous feedback to enhance team capability.

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel is required for this position.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • SHRM CP or SCP / PHR certification is preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 8-12 years of general HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience in complex or high-growth environments.
  • Prior government contractor experience is strongly preferred.
  • Prior international HR experience is preferred.

Skill-Based Requirements:

  • Self-starter with a strong drive for action and results.
  • Comfortable navigating and driving outcomes in dynamic environments.
  • Analytical and objective, with sound judgment for complex issues.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across functions and levels.
  • Maintains the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Effective management of competing priorities while remaining responsive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including policy development.
  • Confident in presenting to groups and leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Paylocity, Workable, Excel). Experience with AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Co-Pilot) is a plus.

Pay: $115,000 - $150,000
