About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for precise work in a technical environment to support our team in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll and contributing to our financial accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely preparation of payroll and salary statements.
• Processing of reporting and certification requirements, and collaboration with authorities and social security institutions.
• Maintaining the time tracking system and supporting other administrative tasks as needed.
• Contributing to financial accounting and the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Assisting with tax-related inquiries.
• Participating in digitalization projects within the finance and HR departments.

Requirements

• Completed training as a tax assistant or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with further training.
• Several years of professional experience in payroll and financial accounting.
• Sound knowledge of tax and social security law.
• Proficient in MS Office and other digital tools; ideally, experience with tisoware and the Sage HR Suite.
• Structured, independent working style and a sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a solution-oriented approach.
