Production Utility Operator

About the Role

As a Production Utility Operator, you will be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing floor, contributing to the production of bags and packing paper for well-known clients such as Home Depot, Amazon, and Hello Fresh. This is a full-time position designed to offer a path to a lifelong career.

Responsibilities

• Work in all aspects of the manufacturing floor to produce bags and packing paper.
• Assist in various production processes to meet customer demands.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a state-of-the-art, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in the packaging industry (paper, plastics, converting).
• 6 months’ experience in some type of manufacturing operation.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• Some Overtime available.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Work Location: One location, not remote.
• Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. Occasionally required to sit. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required.
• Work Environment: Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Frequently exposed to wet/humid conditions. Occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes/airborne particles, and vibration. The noise level is usually loud.
