Principal Product Manager, Conversational AI

About the Role

HTS Assist is Hopper's agentic AI assistant designed to resolve real customer issues for prominent travel brands. As the Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for the complete customer-facing agent experience, encompassing conversations, the user interface, and the overall functionality of the AI assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer-facing agent experience for HTS Assist.
• Define and drive the product strategy for conversational AI in the travel sector.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build and enhance AI capabilities.
• Understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements and features.
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize development efforts.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or conversational interfaces.
• Strong understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
• Experience working with large-scale consumer-facing products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to define product strategy and translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
