About the Role

Extra Space Storage is seeking motivated, capable, and driven full-time Inbound Sales Representatives to join our team. In this remote, work-from-home position, you will assist customers who are calling us with their storage needs. Your primary focus will be to help them reserve the best storage unit for their individual requirements while delivering exceptional customer service. This is not a cold-calling role; you'll be assisting customers who have already expressed interest.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by reserving the most suitable storage units based on their needs.
• Deliver world-class customer service during every interaction.
• Connect with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Ability to connect effectively with people over the phone.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
• Availability to work one weekend day.
• Must reside in one of the following states to be eligible: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT.
