Deine Aufgaben (Your Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talents.
• Support the search for new cooperation partners, create proposals, and process inquiries.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and price negotiations with providers and service partners.
• Develop concepts and content formats collaboratively with talents and support their realization.
• Act as an interface between talents and partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows.
• Collaborate to help talents work future-orientated and create new opportunities beyond traditional artist roles.

Deine Qualifikation (Your Qualifications)

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, or within a Digital, Social Media, or PR agency.
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficiency with all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
