About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Online Marketing Manager focusing on Google Ads (m/f/d) in Munich. If you have initial professional experience in online marketing and are looking to grow, this is the right place for you. We will train you from the ground up over approximately one year, starting with basic online marketing experience – we'll teach you the rest, in a structured manner and under the direct guidance of experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in campaign setup and ongoing optimization.
• Gradually take on responsibility for managing accounts for real brands, progressing towards fully independent account management.
• Strategically develop client accounts, evolving from an implementer to an equal strategic partner.

Qualifications

• Approximately one year of professional experience in online marketing; the specific discipline is secondary.
• A meticulous and proactive work approach, with a genuine enjoyment of working with numbers.
• Residency in Munich or willingness to relocate; excellent German language skills are required.
